Prepare the property
Organise apartments and shared spaces, then add meters and registers. CSV import is included in Pro.

Take readings on site
Enter a reading, save a draft or mark a meter as unavailable. Pro adds photos; notes belong to the reading.

Complete the round
Review the results, explicitly close the round and export CSV or create a new PDF report with Pro. History stays available for the next month.

Photos, scanning and OCR
Pro adds photos and OCR recognition of meter readings. Meter identifiers can be scanned. Check recognised results before saving.
History and consumption
Review past readings and comparable consumption. Different units and registers are kept separate.
PDF and CSV reports
Export CSV or create new PDF reports with Pro in the selected language. Saved documents retain their original language.
Backups under your control
Export a backup, optionally protected by a password. Choose where to save it and when to restore your data.
Free and MeterRound Pro
Free includes one property and five meters in total, including archived entries. Basic reading rounds, readings, the overview, CSV export, languages and backups remain available.
MeterRound Pro adds properties and meters beyond these limits, photos, OCR, CSV import and the creation of new PDF reports. The planned monthly and yearly subscriptions are managed through Google Play. Google Play displays the price applicable in your country and the subscription period before you place an order. Losing Pro does not delete work data; existing PDF reports and export remain available.
As of 7 October 2026, version 0.4.3 is being prepared for public release on Google Play. This website does not yet offer a public store download.

Before your first round
Do I need internet access or an account?+
Local recording and your work records do not require a MeterRound account and work offline. Purchases, subscription checks and restoration use Google Play and require its services. Google ML Kit can process technical diagnostic, usage and installation data through Google Play services; the Privacy Policy explains this distinction. There is no automatic team sync.
Are my records synchronized automatically?+
No. Your meters, readings and photos stay locally on your Android device. You choose when to export PDF/CSV files or make a backup.
Is there a Windows version of MeterRound?+
MeterRound is currently an Android app. You can open exported PDF and CSV files on a computer, too.
Does it calculate bills and costs?+
No. MeterRound records readings, calculates applicable differences and creates reports. It does not calculate billing costs or add incompatible units together.
Where can I download the app?+
As of 7 October 2026, MeterRound 0.4.3 is being prepared for public release on Google Play. The app is not yet publicly available in the store. We will add the store link after it is published.
